3oz Stehouwer Sizzler steaks Romaine Lettuce, chopped Bacon, cooked crisp and chopped Red Onion, sliced thin Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half Cucumbers, sliced thin Blue Cheese, crumbled Blue Cheese, dressing |
Technique
- Sear the Sizzlers in a pan 3-4 min on each side season with S+P.
- In a large bowl mix the rest of the ingredients, and place slices of the sizzler on top of each salad.
