3oz Stehouwer Sizzler steaks Smoked Ham, Sliced Slice Bacon, Cooked Swiss cheese, sliced English Muffins Eggs BBQ sauce Butter Salt & Pepper |
Technique
- In a small size non-stick omelet pan set to medium to high heat cook the Sizzler on each side for 5-7 min. Season with S+P and keep warm. Return the non-stick pan to the stove on medium to low heat.
- Add a 1/2 oz of butter to the pan until melted. Then crack one egg into the pan running a spatual across the middle to break and even out the egg yolk. Cook 3-4 min on each side. Once the eggs have finished, reserve with the Sizzlers and quickly fry 2oz of ham in the pan for 2-3 min. While the ham is working start toasting the bagels. When the ham is all done place right on top of the reserved sizzler and two slices of bacon on top of that.
- To build the sandwiches return the egg to the warm non stick pan set on medium heat, place the meats on top, then add two slices of swiss cheese and 1floz of water to the bottom of the pan cover. Let the steam melt the swiss cheese to your liking. Lay out your toasted bagels placing the meat and cheese deliciousness on the bottom half and BBQ on the top half and you’re done!
