Beef Sizzler Recipe
Swiss Steak

3oz Stehouwer Sizzler steaks All-Purpose flour Salt Black pepper, ground Vegetable Oil Onions, chopped Garblic, chopped Diced tomatoes, (14.5 ounces can) Bell Peppers, chopped |
Technique
- Dust the steaks in flour. In a large non stick pan set to high heat sear the steaks for 2-3 min on each side and hold aside.
- Add the oil and cook the onions, garlic, and peppers and cook for 5 min. Then add the tomatoes and simmer for 5 more min.
- Return your steaks to the pan and cook for an additional 3-4 min.
